This yoga is unlike any other yoga. Both luminous and minimal, energetic and grounding, we especially love the practice’s low joint impact and cardiovascular effect.

A week at home with our kids made us realize something deep down in our bones:
You need a midweek reset. A hard reset. And many of you need help with kiddos to accomplish that.
Midweek Reset with Shelby Todd is not another yoga class. She keeps things soft, curious, and collected.

Even if you have tried yoga in the past, if yoga has ever felt inaccessible to you, we encourage you to start with Foundations. Each pose in yoga starts with a foundation and focal point. Without alignment, it is difficult and even unsafe to integrate strength or movement into the shape. There are also ways of regulating your breathing which are more important than the poses themselves.
Our Foundations classes introduce you to these critical components in a judgement-free environment. We encourage the use of bolsters, blocks, blankets, and straps to support yourself, feeling good in your practice.
You may know Ellen Clevenger yoga from evenings when she is teaching Kids! In Foundations, you will quickly appreciate the balance, ease, and nurturing force she brings to adult classes. Through her steady guidance, you will find a soft edge that prepares you for everyday living with whole heart and mind in the present.

Sound Bath with Intuitive Assists & Water Ceremony
Across cultures, the darkness of the new moon serves fresh starts, renewal, and introspection. Its timing each month offers an opportunity to set intentions.
This 75-minute offering begins with a gentle yoga warm-up, along with pranayama, and mini yoga nidra (yogic sleep) led by Savanna Smith.
From there, you’ll turn inward as Nic Berger, owner of Three Fates Wellness, layers the resonance of quartz crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and crystal pyramids, which restore body and mind.
Throughout the sound bath, Savanna offers intuitive, hands-on assists—deepening the body’s softening.
We close with a water ceremony to seal the practice. Each guest returns home with a curated gift by Three Fates Wellness to connect back to their practice even off the mat.

We pack a lot of POW into a 24 hour day.
Friday - 6:00 pm • Sweat Then Surrender (not pictured: 10 kiddos watching movies with fresh made popcorn care of .b.smith )
Saturday - 4:30 am • Wake up to get ready for a few hundred runners.
Saturday - 5:45 am • Greet and her gorgeous students.
Saturday - 8:00 am • Greet and her lovely students. Homemade jarred apples from ? Yes, please.
Saturday - 10:00 am • Laugh hysterically with Time for our signature class. The community vibes are outstanding.
Saturday - 10:30 am • Ready for PV Pride. All the hugs and love from and What a beautiful class led by The people of PV really showed up for togetherness (iykyk).
Saturday - 6:15 pm • Golf So many swallowtails! And a few great holes.
