🥳🎉30 Years ago, on my 28th Birthday, I took my 1st class at BY International headquarters in LA.
Anyone else admitting you wore g-string leotards to step aerobics or the gym in the 90s? 🤔😂

Just finished a 60 minute 7:00 AM class, and I feel AMAZING! 🙌🏾🔥 Over eight years ago, I was introduced to Hot Yoga and it has reshaped how I approach rest, recovery, and balance in the midst of a busy life. 🧘🏾‍♂️🔥

It has become a space where I can unplug, slow down, quiet my mind and simply be present. Hot Yoga Pasadena has been nothing short of amazing! Val, the owner is truly a blessing to the community and to all the yogis who value this special space.
