I love low impact, high intensity workouts and Lagree has always been my perfect fit. I also love to eat, so finding a fitness routine that boosts my metabolism, just 45 minutes a few times a week, without needing excessive cardio or high impact workouts is an obvious yes.
This is the toughest and most rewarding workout (mentally and physically) without causing joint issues.
Burn is my happy place! It was only a matter of time before I got the itch to inflict the same amazing butt kicking (Lagree b***y is a real thing).

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, and we invite you to join us for our annual fundraiser to support Check for a Lump, a local breast cancer organization.
Last year we raised $5,600. Our goal this year is $7,000!

Strawberry Summer Salad ๐๐ฅ๐
Our very own Tiffany has put together the perfect summer salad recipe for our Burn community to try ๐ค๐ผ
Sweet, crisp and oh so fresh with in season strawberries and veggies!
Salad: combine
6 oz. baby spinach
1/4 red onion thinly sliced
1/2 cucumber sliced & cut in half
1 1/2 C. Strawberries hulled & quartered.
Lemon Poppyseed Dressing: whisk together
1 t. lemon zest
Juice from one lemon, 1/2-2 T
2 T. white wine vinegar
1 T. Olive oil, or other neutral oil
1 t. sweetener of choice, sugar or monk fruit
1 t. poppy seeds.
Toasted almonds:
1/4 C. sliced almonds
Line a baking pan with parchment paper
Toast @325 for 6-7 min
stirring once, watch closely!
Combine & Enjoy ๐
Cook tip: regular white vinegar may be used instead of white wine, you may want to add more lemon juice. I used chicory root/monk fruit as the sweetener. This could be great as a side salad or add some protein to make it a meal!

What should you expect when you do the Lagree Method correctly?
๐ฆ Sweat: The intensity of the workout causes you to sweat as you challenge your strength, endurance, and cardiovascular system
๐ซจ Shake: The slow, controlled movements on the Megaformer often cause muscle tremors or shakes, when your muscles are working at their maximum capacity. Itโs a sign that youโre engaging deep muscle fibers and working towards muscle fatigue
๐ฅ Sore: The soreness comes from the workoutโs effectiveness in targeting muscles you might not typically engage in other fitness routines. This delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) is common indicating that your muscles have been effectively challenged

Our very own Madeline Colby has created a fresh summer recipe to share with the community! Simple and fresh, you can get creative with the ingredients and make this recipe your own!
๐งก Summer Rolls with Zesty Sesame Sauce ๐งก
Ingredients
For spring rolls:
1c chopped greens of choice
1 shredded carrot
1/2c shredded cabbage
3-4oz protein of choice (tofu, salmon, chicken, or shrimp all work well!)
1/4c chopped herbs (cilantro, parsley, dill, or chives)
spring roll wrappers
For zesty sesame sauce:
1T tahini
juice from 1 large lime
1/2tsp grated ginger
pinch of ground garlic
2T coconut aminos, tamari, or low sodium soy sauce
Method
For spring rolls:
1.) Prep all spring roll ingredients and set aside
2.) Dip spring roll paper in water until soft and lay on flat surface
3.) Layer 1/4 of each ingredient on paper
4.) Wrap spring roll by gently folding sides in, then rolling back to front keeping ingredients tucked in
5.) Set aside finished roll and repeat until all ingredients are used. Should make about 4 rolls.
For sauce:
Add grated ginger and all other sauce ingredients into a small bowl and mix well
