INGREDIENTS
1 package Profile Vanilla Plant-Based Protein Shake
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 small banana
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp. nut butter
1/4 granola

INSTRUCTIONS
✅ Add protein shake mix, frozen strawberries, banana, and almond milk to a blender and blend until smooth (mixture should be thick).
✅ Pour mixture into bowl and top with granola and drizzle with nut butter!

Grab a spoon and enjoy! 🧡

After years of putting everyone else before herself, Randi's self care had suffered. It took losing her son, and a promise she made to him about putting her own health first, to get Randi and her husband into for a Pilates class.

Now, Randi can't imagine her life without Pilates, saying, "I CRAVE to go to my classes, and feel sad when I miss one!"

When Club Pilates Members David and Suzan were introduced to their local experts in Friendswood, TX, they were eager to get started. Both lovers of Club Pilates and active members, they were feeling the healthy effects of their workout regimen, but needed a bit more accountability and guidance when it came to their nutrition habits.

At their most recent check in, both mentioned that their clothes are fitting better just a few months into their program. David is able to finally get the chance to wear some fancy suits and jackets that he held onto from before. He also used to experience foot swelling before starting, and hasn’t experienced that at all!

Congrats to these two on all their hard work, and dedication to living a holistically healthy life!

As a division 2 player, Rick suffered many injuries, including a broken leg, multiple knee surgeries, and hernia.

Left with no and constant pain, his PT told him to try Pilates.

Rick recently shared, “In the three months that I’ve been doing Pilates, I’m walking less with a limp. People have complimented the difference and ask, ‘what are you doing differently?’ and I tell them that it's all Pilates.”

All of our members at Club Pilates are tough COOKIES🍪 & what better way to honor National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day - here's a fun recipe to follow to celebrate YOU! 😉

Ingredients
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups (12-ounce package) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 cup chopped nuts (Optional. If omitting, add 1 to 2 Tbsp. of all-purpose flour.)

Directions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375° F.

Step 2: Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.

Step 3: Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Pan Cookie Variation: Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease 15 x 10-inch jelly-roll pan. Prepare dough as above. Spread into prepared pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan
