📣 New Instructor Spotlight: Welcome Autumn! We’re so damn excited about this and it feels like you’ve been part of the team for years! 🍒
“Hi! I’m Autumn and I’m thrilled to be joining the MEGA team! I’m originally from south Florida, but have lived in the Raleigh area for 13 years now. I grew up dancing and found a love for group fitness while in undergrad at the University of Florida (Go Gators!)🐊
I previously taught barre for about 8 years. Since having my daughter and finding my way back to the group fitness world, I was so happy to find MEGA as a new and exciting challenge for myself and our community in Cary!
Professionally, I am a registered dietitian/nutritionist and love how the power of movement and good food combined can make you feel like your best self. I can’t wait to keep the vibes high in the studio and keep getting stronger with all of you!”

🌸5/10 Sunday:
📍RALEIGH: 10am Mega Mat + Chill is a 55 min heated class that finishes with a deep stretch, cold citrus towels and a little extra time for YOU to chill out! Led by Kristin.
📍CARY: 11am Mega Mat + Refresh is our signature mega mat class followed up with wellness shots (on us!) from our neighbors

NEW SERIES 💗 Our instructors are breaking down YOUR most requested Lagree moves!
First up: CATFISH 👇
A killer center core move that also activates through the upper body!
• Perform this move on 1 light spring (2 light springs for more support if needed, 1 super light for a challenge when applicable!)
• Keep shoulders stacked over wrists and hips over your knees in tabletop
• Add a soft bend in the knees with heels high
• Press the carriage out slow behind you until you feel your hips are about to dip
• SCOOP through your abdominals to draw your slightly bent knees back under your hips!
• Repeat nice and slow to feel the shakes ⚡️
Remember you press away from the handlebars to lift your chest out of the shoulders to keep your shoulders and triceps activated while your center core is working that movement!
