We’ve been sayin’ it for awhile, and your exit’s coming right up! On Monday, September 14, the next session of Krav 101 kicks off for eight straight weeks of awesome. BREAKING: For new learners who want to start training, with a focus on fundamentals, Krav Maga Rochester continues down the road with our 8-week foundations course, Krav 101.

In this beginner’s class, you’ll get basic training in striking, blocking, footwork, and grabs and holds. With the goal of earning your Krav Maga yellow belt upon completion, you’ll be ready to step from this introductory course into the broader world of Krav Maga Street Defence!

Starting back up Thursday, Sept 3, Krav Kids comes back for a new semester! The program goes for six weeks, for boys and girls ages 6 - 13. For $160, your child will learn vital skills to improve their ability to focus, persist, and succeed! Signups will begin this week, so this is advance notice to enroll your kids early before spots fill up. Krav Kids is more than just a martial arts class, it’s an experience that will truly enrich your child!
