One of the biggest topics of conversation that I have with I my clients is not paying enough attention to their morning and night routines.
Here are some simple to follow rules to start applying right away:
āļø Morning sunlight as soon as you wake
āļø No caffeine > 12pm
šš¼āāļø Donāt exercise 2-3 hours before bed
š” Dim lights at night
š Hot bath/shower 1 hour before sleep
š„¶ Cool & dark bedroom

Easy quick lunch idea!!!
Burrito bowls
4oz steak or chicken
142g Jasmine rice
30g wholly guac (remove for less fat)
2 tbsp of pico
1/4 shredded mexi blend cheese
1 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
1/2 cup romaine lettuce

Your Health is Wealth for Your Family
Before a client officially starts the 63 Day Transformationā¦
I get them to write out their WHY.
I would say, 9.5 times out of 10, their WHY is connected to loved ones or family.
Itās the same for me.
The fact that I can spend high quality time with my family is a true blessing and gift for me.
Vs. being out of shape, in pain, foggy, and not in a great mood.
^ Iāve been there before. Itās not healthy not just for me, but for the well-being of my family.
Everyone is at a different spot in their journey, and I understand that.
But know that your fitness journey is also much bigger than yourself.
This is what I call āhealth - wealthā.
We all have our own version of it.
Having health - wealth allows you to improve your stamina and capacity, to keep up with the demand of work, family and your own self care, and thrive in it.
Health - wealth allows you to be more active and engaged with your family, being involved in activities that create lasting memories.
Health - wealth gives you the energy and motivation to pursue personal goals and hobbies outside of work, and have better focus and concentration to be more efficient in your day to day life.
Health - wealth helps alleviate those aches and pains in your back, knees, neck, etc. So that you are remembered for the good times on your family vacation, not what you couldnāt do.
Health - wealth significantly reduces feelings of anxiety, depression, or just lethargic thoughts, and gives you positive mood boosting thoughts which lead to better habits for more years of enjoying your life.
At the end of the day, health - wealth is not just about avoiding illness.
Itās about enhancing your quality of life and building true wealth in every aspect.
