In Mark 14, Jesus takes the bread and says,
“Take, eat. This is my body.”
Then He takes the cup and says,
“This is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many.”
Communion:

His blood was shed.
For you. For me. For humanity.
Things are going according to plan.
Read Mark 14 this week and remember His sacrifice.
