Promotion and Support of the amazing sport of Trapshooting in Illinois
The Illini Indians is a not-for-profit organization which promotes the sport of trapshooting and good fellowship among its members. The Illini Indians was formed in 1931 and cooperates with the Illinois State Trapshooters Association and the Amateur Trapshooting Association to support these goals. The primary way in which the Illini Indians promotes trapshooting is by offering prizes to its member
This Sunday 6/7/26, St. Charles Sportsmen's Club in Elburn IL is hosting the Illinois Northern Zone Shoot/Indian Shoot. Make sure you come on down and join us! For you Jr/Sub Jr/Junior Gold shooters out there, the high Singles shooter for all combined Jr categories will receive a 1/10 oz gold coin valued around $400.00! We will also have buckles and .5 oz silver coins to winners of certain categories/classes. Must be an Illini Indian to win. You do not have to live in Illinois to be a member, it is open to anyone. If you are not an Illini Indian member, you can still qualify for the zone trophies, but why not increase your chances of some other great prizes? Join the Illini Indians the morning of the shoot. $30.00 gets you your years membership. Sign up starts at 8:00am. Hope to see you all there!!

McHenry Sportsmen's Club hosted the Illini Shoot along with the Trap Life 24/7 and Matt Woods Memorial Shoot over the weekend and it was a great turnout! We want to thank everyone who participated in the shoot and give a BIG shoutout to all the winners of the shoot:
