Saturday evening we will also have a pot luck dinner around 6pm so teams, players, and families can get to know each other! We have several different cultures in attendance so we hope to make it a cultural pot luck dinner!

You have seen what it looks like indoor and now is your chance to experience it outdoor!

July 10th-11th for ages 10u, 11u, 12u, and 13u

Join the Midnight Mayhem Series, held together with the Bartlett Rebels, at Koehler Field in Bartlett!

Where: Koehler Field, 2255 Southwind Blvd, Bartlett, IL

Games start at 9:00 PM and end at 3:00 AM with blacklights illuminating the fields!

Format: This is a 3 game guarantee with each team playing two games Friday and then bracket Saturday.

Rules:
Normal tournament rules with the exception of:
- Wood bats only
- 1 hour and 15 minutes hard stop per game

Custom Glow Jerseys: Each team gets 10 fully custom jerseys that glow under blacklights (extra jerseys available for $30)

Glowing Baseballs: Normal stitched baseballs that glow throughout the game

Glow-in-the-Dark Goodies: Glow sticks and glow face paint packages available

Any team that is REGISTERED and PAID by April 2nd will automatically be entered into the raffle.

How the drawing works:

• On April 3rd at 12PM we will run a LIVE online randomizer.
• First, a TEAM will be randomly selected.
• Then every player name from that team’s roster will be entered.
• One lucky player from that roster will win the Pink Jordan cleats!

The winner will provide their shoe size so Game Time Events can order the correct fit.

Join the Glow Dome Series, a one-night indoor softball tournament at the Parkway Bank Sports Complex (27 Jennie Finch Way, Des Plaines, IL)!

Tournament Details:
Games start at 8:30 PM and end at 12:30 AM with blacklights illuminating the fields!

Format: 2 games per team, with champion and runner-up determined by record and then run differential

Rules:
5-run max per half-inning, 1 hour and 15 minutes hard stop per game
