Maximus R/C Raceway

The meeting with the new owners didn't go as planned. They now want 18,500 a month for rent. We are currently looking for a place to buy or lease. We will need to move out in December. November NEIC will be our last trophy race in the current space. We will continue to search for something to keep Maximus alive! We won't give up!!!!

We are currently have a 5 year lease in the works. We have a couple issues, Harbor Freight offered a 10 year lease at triple what were paying now the space were in and space to the left. The owners want us to stay and want to work with us. They offered us the old space and space to the right of us. The combined area is 11,200 sq ft. It's actually a better layout at 100x115. We would keep both tracks, drop pit spots to 70 and have 3 bathrooms. The meeting for the lease is Friday at 12pm.

We have a set number for what the club can afford and pay utilities. If the owners give us a number that is higher than we talked about already, we will need to find a new home or store everthing until we do.

We have until the end of December if we all don't come to a agreement.

We would prefer to buy land and build, or buy a already built warehouse etc if it comes down to that.

If anyone knows about a space in that area, let us know. It had to be in that area or close to it, let us know.

Its race day! Racing starts at 7pm and doors open at 4pm!
