Here is the game plan for Sunday. Movers will be at the storage units between 8am and 9am. It will take them some time to load the truck then drive to the Milford. There are 3 storage units already at the track that have chairs, snack vending machine, strapping, etc. Let's start at 9am in these pods first until the movers get there by the list below

1 strapping cart in the sub floor area (cart wheel is broke)

2 Snack vending machine will go next to bathroom

3 Metal storage racks, build 6

4 find the speakers, tote with white speaker wire, black cat6a tv wires, hdmi cables etc. Run speaker wire in suspended ceiling from announcers booth to each pole marked on layout picture in this post. Mount 2 speakers to each pole, one facing pit, one facing drivers stand.

5 Run the black Cat6a wires for each tv from announcers booth to 6 spots marked on layout sheet in this post.

6 Once Movers come, help with unload and build drivers stand, 36" wide uprights cut at top for one railing facing the track. Then build all pit benches as marked in floor plan. These will be built with two short uprights and 8' long side beams that are painted black.

7 build 16 person pit section, is's 32' long near entrance door, this will use 4 of the 8' beams and 4 uprights

8 build announcers booth. Once section of mini-z drivers stand with 6' side rails. leave near that area.

9 get one row of strapping down for subfloor. Will need to screw down first row of strapping so you have a guideline for the rest going in.

10 Start to laydown subfloor once it arrives later in the day.

This will be a good start for the first day.

We understand Milford is not on the east side on NH and will effect a lot of the eastern racers. We tried to keep it in that area, but the price per square foot with Triple net added made it impossible for us to do that. Unfortunately there is not enough space for the Mini-Z track. We understand this can hurt Maximus, but had no other options. We really hope you keep supporting us!!!

Moving Company is scheduled for Sunday the 11th 8am at the storage facility in Seabrook. They will load, deliver and unload in Milford around 9:30. We're looking for any help possible to start setting up so we can start racing asap!

Maximus has a new home!!! We looked at several places in Seabrook, Hampton, Manchester but all we're too expensive for us to afford. Our new home is in Milford NH, it has been completely renovated and ready to move into. First and last have been paid on a 5 year lease with option for 2 more at a price we can afford. We will post a floor plan in the next couple days.

Plan is to start moving in as soon as the movers can deliver the storage units. We will post the game plan soon. Our goal is to be ready for November NEIC Trophy Race.

So.... only 5 people showed up to help for pack up. The following 3 days this week are Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. We really need the help, if we can't get it, we have to pay 6500.00 for movers to do it. If you can go on any other day, let us know.

List of what's needed
Remove Jumps, pipes etc from track
Break down drivers stands
Cut carpet width of jumps width of track lengths
Take down cameras and Tvs with HDMI Cables and control box
Take stuff out of to dumpster
Take up subfloor
Pack Pods with everything

All available to help Sunday with the start of bench tear downs, track disassembly, etc will be greatly appreciated. We have a moving company that will load everything into pods and move to new location once it's ready. We will be there at 9am. Hope to see you there!!!

ATTENTION ALL RACERS & CLUB MEMBERS!!!! Important announcement about Maximus. As many of you know the landlords at our current location have rented our space to someone else and we are forced to move, they are making us leave by November 1. We are working hard on finding a new location that will be affordable for the club and also offer us enough space to keep the track size similar to what we have now, which is not an easy task but we have a solid offer in on a space in Hampton NH. With that said, we have decided that closing the track ASAP and saving as much rent as possible is critical to having the resources needed to move and rebuild. So, this coming week will be the last week of club racing, Friday September 18 will be the last one in our current space. After Friday we will be closing the track down, taking everything apart and getting it all into storage containers before the end of September to save the $$$$ for Octobers rent as the current landlords want us out by November 1 so we don’t think it’s smart to spend over $10,000 just to race in October. This will give us more time to do things right. So, here’s what we need from you all:

1. Remove any personal items by the end of Friday September 18. Anything left behind will be boxed up and stored and won’t be retrievable until we move and unpack.

2. VOLUNTEERS to help us breakdown the current track and pits and get them packed up.

3. MORE volunteers once we get our new spot to help us unpack and get the new track ready to go. 4. MOST IMPORTANTLY your faith in us that we WILL NOT let Maximus die. We won’t have racing for a little while but we hope you maintain your membership during that period because we will need everything we got to get into our new spot. Our goal is to have a new track built and up and running by November 1. So, this will give us about 6 weeks to breakdown current track, sign a new lease at a new spot and build an

entirely new track. We know you all have questions and once we have more info and answers we will post them but for now, please keep the faith, stay positive and BE READY TO WORK when we need the help. The more volunteers we have the quicker we get back up and running.

Layout change Monday at 5:30 for Carpet's What's Up Race. Track closed from 5 to 8pm. Anyone available to help is greatly appreciated!

The meeting with the new owners didn't go as planned. They now want 18,500 a month for rent. We are currently looking for a place to buy or lease. We will need to move out in December. November NEIC will be our last trophy race in the current space. We will continue to search for something to keep Maximus alive! We won't give up!!!!
