✨ COMING IN SEPTEMBER — S.M.A.R.T Classes with Sue!
Beginning September 9th & 10th, S.M.A.R.T classes will be offered every Wednesday and Thursday at 8:00 AM. Wednesday’s S.M.A.R.T class is a perfect lead-in to Sue’s Yoga class at 9:00 AM!
More information about S.M.A.R.T, including what the class offers and how to register, will be coming to our website soon. Don’t forget we have other classes. We have Monday yoga classes at 9 AM with Jessica and we have chair Yoga with Melissa at 11 AM on Monday.
