Another great day at the Browning Trained Gym! 💪🔥

From one-on-one private lessons to homeschool classes and evening wrestling practice, we’re putting in the work!

🤼 Today’s Schedule:

🥇 1:00–2:00 PM | Private Lesson

🤼 2:00–3:00 PM | Homeschool Wrestling

💪 3:00–4:00 PM | Homeschool Movement & Mobility

🥇 5:00–6:00 PM | Private Lesson

🔥 6:00–7:30 PM | Kids Wrestling Practice

Every class is another opportunity to get stronger, build confidence, develop discipline, and become 1% better every day.

Another great practice at Treasure Coast Wrestling Club! 💪🤼‍♂️

These kids continue to show up, put in the work, and push themselves to get better every single day. What makes it even better is that they genuinely love working hard.

Wrestling is more than just a sport. It pushes kids beyond what they thought they were capable of and teaches them discipline, toughness, resilience, and a work ethic that’s second to none.

At the Browning Trained facility, it’s cool to be the hardest worker in the room. That’s the culture we’re building, and these kids are buying into it.

There’s something special about watching young athletes develop a mindset where they don’t shy away from challenges, they embrace them.

Hard work is contagious. Excellence is earned. And being average isn’t the goal.

Proud of this group and excited to see what the future holds for them!

30 WRESTLERS. ONE ROOM. A NEW TCWC RECORD. 🏆

Tonight we had 30 wrestlers on the mat at one practice the biggest practice in Treasure Coast Wrestling Club history.

What makes me most proud isn’t just the number it’s the culture we’re building. These kids enjoy the process. They work hard, compete, have fun, build friendships, and genuinely look forward to being in this room together.

They’re also being coached and mentored by local coaches who grew up wrestling right here on the Treasure Coast and know firsthand what it takes to become a champion. We’ve walked the same path these kids are on now, and we’re committed to passing that knowledge, experience, and mindset on to the next generation.

Records like tonight aren’t just about numbers. They represent wrestlers who keep showing up, parents who believe in what we’re building, and a community that continues to support this program.

30 tonight and we’re just getting started.

Thank you to every wrestler, parent, coach, and supporter helping build TCWC into something special.

School is back in session, and this club just keeps getting bigger and better! 💪🤼

Our goal is simple: get 1% better every single day. Keep showing up, keep putting in the work, and eventually we’ll be on top. 🏆

Treasure Coast Wrestling Club is more than just a wrestling room. It’s a place to build confidence, discipline, toughness, friendships, and character.

Sign-ups are open year-round, and everyone is welcome! Whether you’re brand new to wrestling or an experienced competitor, there’s a place for you in this incredible room.

This camp is about so much more than wrestling. Every day, athletes build confidence, discipline, resilience, and a strong work ethic while improving their wrestling skills in a fun, positive environment.

Our campers leave better mentally and physically, and most importantly, they leave believing in themselves.
