Balanced BodyWorks is a family owned and operated Pilates and Massage Studio with 3 generations of Certified Pilates Instructors.

Our motto is “Movement Heals” and we believe in helping our clients achieve thier movement goals. Balanced BodyWorks is the premier pilates studio of the Treasure Coast officially opened in 2000. We are a family owned and operated business with Cecilia Serra and daughter Anna Snyder both trained in the classical and post-rehab pilates systems, bringing a combined 68 years of teaching experience in fitness, dance, and pilates .
