Pilates and yoga. Are they basically the same thing? 🤔

Not quite!

Both can help with flexibility, body awareness and overall well-being, but they have different approaches.

Yoga often combines physical postures, breathing and mindfulness practices.

Pilates focuses on controlled movement, muscular strength, coordination and stability.

Neither is necessarily better than the other. They're simply different ways to move, and many people enjoy both!

There are two types of Pilates people...

Those who have an impressive collection of grip socks in every color and pattern imaginable.

And those who are just hoping they remembered to bring a pair. 😂

Somehow, a workout accessory becomes a whole personality.
