Coming back is harder than starting.
When you start, there is nothing to compare yourself to. When you come back, there is a version of you in your memory: the weights you used to lift, the pace you used to hold. A move, a new baby, a busy season, and suddenly that version is a long way from where your body actually is today.
That gap is where most comebacks stall. Going too hard too soon leads to soreness, then frustration, then quitting.
So start with real information instead. An InBody scan gives you an honest baseline, a starting point rather than a verdict. From there, your coach sets the intensity for who you are now, not who you were three years ago, and every session builds on the last.
You don’t have to catch up to anyone, including your old self.
Start where you are.
