Solar Athletics

Competitive team is absolutely optional. I'll even take it a step further, at Solar, the gymnastics team and trampoline/tumbling team competitions are optional. In a world of uncertainty we still want the athletes to experience the benefits that our competitive sports can offer without breaking the bank and family time.

One thing I have learned over the years is that "pretty" costs a lot. I have learned there are ways to keep "pretty" and keep it pretty darn cheap in comparison to many! While I try to keep it maintainable, it's not cupcakes and rainbows. But we do whatever we can to help make it possible!

Check out our 'Diving' program! While we don't do anything in water or a pool, we work towards high school diving that is off the diving board and right into the deep end! It starts here on dryland though! Did you know I am the Topeka area and Manhattan high school dive coach? True story! Going on season 4 and it truly starts right here in the gym. 🏊

We offer classes from 6 months old to adults! This program starts at 11 yrs old though as it's really preparing them for their high school sports journey! It's more than just cool tricks, it's life lessons, friendships, and so much more!
