First session back after a long weekend always feels a little off.
Weights feel heavier than expected.
Takes a few minutes to settle in.
“Yeah… I needed this.”
That usually hits somewhere in the middle.

Holiday weekends usually shift things a bit.
Travel.....Plans.....Different routines.
Some people miss a workout or two....Some still come in.

Give yourself grace - results come from consistency over time. It is unreasonable to think you can achieve the perfect body in a week, so why would your progress stop completely in one week?

Community 🤝
Strength training is important, but so is recovery. Mobility matters. Proper movement matters. Taking care of the body outside of workouts matters too.
That’s why we were excited to have Casey from Onward Physical Therapy at Alloy today performing knee assessments for our members.
Today wasn’t just about identifying pain or limitations — it was about education. People were able to learn more about what may be causing discomfort, instability, or movement issues in their lower body and received practical, knowledgeable advice on what steps they can take moving forward.
We love helping people get stronger, but we also want our members to stay healthy enough to continue doing the things they love for years to come. That requires more than just lifting weights. It takes a team.
Partnerships like the one we have with Onward Physical Therapy allow us to better serve our community by connecting our members with professionals who genuinely care about long-term health, recovery, and quality of life.
Huge thank you to Casey for spending time with our members today and providing so much value, encouragement, and expertise.

🏆 STARS CHALLENGE CHAMPION: CHIP 🏆
A huge congratulations to Chip for taking home the win in our Alloy Stars Challenge! 👏🔥
For the last 6 weeks, Chip showed exactly what consistency, discipline, and commitment look like. Day after day, he continued to put in the work, prioritize his health, and stay committed to the process — and it paid off.
Challenges like this aren’t won overnight.
They’re won through the small decisions:
✔️ Showing up when you’re tired
✔️ Staying active outside the studio
✔️ Making health a priority even with a busy schedule
Chip did exactly that, and we are incredibly proud of him.
We also want to recognize our other top stars earners — Veronica, Doug, Emily, Todd, and Sean — for the incredible effort they brought throughout the challenge. Your consistency and commitment helped make this challenge such a success. 👏
But what makes this even more powerful is what our entire Alloy community accomplished together.
Over the last 6 weeks, our members added roughly 74 HOURS of additional fitness and activity to their lives. That is incredible. 💪
And remember — these are not people with empty schedules and unlimited free time. Our members have careers, kids, responsibilities, long workdays, and real-life demands… yet they still chose to invest in themselves.
That’s what makes this community special.
Chip may have won the challenge, but every single person who participated took steps toward becoming healthier, stronger, and better.

Most people walk in thinking they’re behind.

First couple movements feel off.
