Join Selena for one or both sessions of this two part workshop where we will build the strength, mobility and flexibility needed to execute splits safely.
In these 75-minute workshops we will build heat, strengthen our hips and legs and work on techniques to gradually achieve your splits. In workshop 1 we will work toward a peak pose of Hanumanasana (Front Splits) and in workshop 2 we will work toward Samakonasana (Middle Splits).
If you sign up for both dates you will be given access to the video recording of both these 75-minute workshops so you can practice on your own.
