We have some great news to share starting next week, April 27, 2026.
We are expanding our hours to give you more flexibility:
Monday through Thursday: 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Friday: 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM
And beginning Sunday, May 3, 2026, we will now be open:
Sunday: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
We are excited to continue growing and making Vital even better for you!

Lollie is a certified personal trainer whose journey began with her own 60+ pound weight loss transformation. What started as fat loss became a deeper path of healing, strength, and rebuilding confidence from the inside out.
As a mom, she understands the demands women carry and is especially passionate about helping women 35+ build strength as they age. Her coaching focuses on sustainable strength training that supports metabolism, longevity, and real life beyond the gym.
