Ages 3–10 • Mon/Wed/Fri • 9:30AM

🚀 Join us as we launch a 60 minute "Bottle" Rocket class! This is an all-levels vinyasa class based on the Ashtanga Yoga series. Expect a practice that follows the structure of traditional Ashtanga Yoga, while allowing for modifications and playfulness.
This class is accessible to all practitioners.
Experience in Ashtanga or Rocket is not required. This class is heated between 85 and 90 degrees🚀
