Two locations - Adamstown and Morisset. We combine a perfect mix of strengthening, toning, stretching and cardio, all for a phenomenal full body workout.

Bella's Pole Studio offers pole dancing classes, aerial silks and lyra classes, acrobatics and strengthening classes, hens parties, team building events, birthday parties and private lessons at its beautiful dance studios in Morisset, in the Lake Macquarie area and Adamstown, right near Newcastle. The Morisset studio is easily located off the F3 Freeway and the Adamstown studio is only 10 minutes
