Our very first carnival as Grasshopper Soccer Midcoast & Fleurieu was an absolute blast! What a fun way to wrap up the term and roll straight into the holiday season.

Our Grasshopper Soccer team had a fantastic time, and the feedback from our families has been overwhelmingly positive — which makes it even more special. A huge thank you to everyone who came along and got involved.

Grasshopper Soccer Midcoast and Fleurieu Servicing the Midcoast and Fleurieu regions of Adelaide we are a community-based Australian soccer organisation that aims to teach children aged 2-12 the basics of playing soccer in a fun, social, inclusive and non-competitive environment.

Week 8 is always one of our favourites — seeing our Grasshopper students recognised and rewarded for their effort, enthusiasm and growth throughout the term is incredibly special. The smiles, the medals and the proud moments say it all!

Do you love working with kids and have a passion for soccer? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and positive coach to join our friendly and professional Grasshopper Soccer team!
About the Role:
✔ Casual coaching work
✔ Sessions run across multiple venues (flexible locations)
✔ Work with a supportive, welcoming, and talented group of coaches
✔ Ideal for people who enjoy being active, teaching kids, or building coaching experience
What We Provide:
⚽ Full training in our Grasshopper Soccer culture, methods & coaching style
⚽ Ongoing support from experienced senior coaches
⚽ A fun and rewarding environment where you’ll make a real impact
We’re Looking For:
– Great communication and a positive attitude
– Someone who is reliable, friendly, and enjoys working with children
– A basic understanding of soccer (playing or coaching) is a bonus
– Must be available on weekends
– Must be able to travel to different venues if needed
- Current Working with children certificate is a bonus
