Doing 3 back to back exercises for the same muscle group might be fun, but it’s NOT the most effective way to train, especially if you lift less than 4 days a week 💪
This is why I looooove full upper body sessions - they allow you to both maximise your gym time AND bring the best to every set 🤗🦄
A lesson I’ve had to learn over and over (until it finally sunk in) - your leanest body and your healthiest body are NOT the same thing.
My leanest body might have looked shredded, but it was also stressed on the inside, lacking my period, and felt like a full time job to maintain. My CURRENT body allows me to run fast, bench heavy, enjoy the foods I love AND is actually sustainable.
Don’t let Social Media convince you that lean = healthy. The like is different for everyone, but on the whole, women’s bodies aren’t supposed to be ultra shredded - we’re supposed to hold *some* body fat in order to function optimally.
This is why I will ALWAYS encourage you to set goals beyond just aesthetics - because when you focus on performance and healthy habits over chasing a certain body fat number, the process becomes enjoyable and you’ll find yourself in a body you can actually maintain for LIFE, not just the summer.

In case you needed a reminder: 700 calories is NOT enough for grown woman (or a fkn toddler for that matter) ‼️ Just because something will get you quick results, does not mean it’s the right path to take - and extreme restriction is almost definitely not the way to lasting results.
