Street Chess is a weekly chess event held in the centre of Canberra. Join us under the trees outside King O'Malley's in City Walk.

Street Chess is held every Saturday from 11am to 3pm.

48 players today. The spring weather is clearly the reason. Also, I gave the BOBH prizes to the wrong players. Sorry Will, but collect it next week!

35 players in what was supposed to be the first outdoor event of Spring. But it rained.
BTW if you are interested in playing Go, the Go club meets from 12 at the same venue.

Today ran very smoothly, with 40 players in attendance. A win by Masaki Horikawa over top seed Harry Press in the final round was enough for a share of first place.
