NAMASTE – ‘The divinity in me bows down to the divinity in you.’ This principle underlies the relationship between any two individuals within the space. It requires the highest level of professionalism and presence of mind when teaching, bearing in mind to be of service to the individual’s highest good. THE INTENTION BEHIND THE BREATH – The intention behind breath awareness and movement with the breath is to unblock energy pathways, and revitalise the individual. The breath allows the body to open and move into position (instead of pulling into place). THIS IS A NURTURING SPACE – There are no ‘shoulds’ or ‘should-nots’ in this space. This is an allowing space. We nurture our teachers in their passion and professional development. For you the practitioner – we offer a range of different yoga styles which resonate with different individuals at different points in time.
