Grounds team has closed the course after overnight rain.
Positive is its setting Spring up very nicely.

Thursday play will be assessed Wednesday afternoon.
No Carts until at least Friday.

A great opportunity to play one of the other nice courses in the area.

Thanks to the support of Flinders Food Co Clare who have come on board as a club sponsor 20 players teed it up for a stableford comp in rather nice weather, a few even rocked 🩳!

Credit to the grounds team and the Tuesday army for presenting a course in really good condition considering the challenges that a heap of rain brings. The projects completed are🔥.

Michael Dopson posted 32 points early, Matt Butler in the penultimate group snuck past with 33 before the final feature group including Jarrad Steele 33 (c/b) took 🥈and Alex Nicholls the 🏆 with 35 and the top prize from Flinders Food Co Clare.

What wasn't sharp was how Anthony Nitschke navigated #11, pulling his tee shot onto #10 fairway Ant had 180 into the green and then got hungry........from there let's allow the photos and video to tell the rest of the story.

Hunts Fuel stableford round today for 18 players, great to see visitors from The Grange Golf Club, Sandy Creek Golf Club and Barossa Valley Golf Club.
The course while heavy underfoot has held up well after recent rain, thanks for the understanding of no carts. This will apply tomorrow Sunday 16th, barring a heap more rain early next week carts should make a return.

🏆 The early bird Trent Brown 33 points wins the Hunts Fuel voucher, on 13 tee Trent said the golf wasn't going so good....can't have been that bad. Or maybe everybody else was worse?
Beaten into 🥈on countback was Anthony Rametta and 🥉with 32 Michael Bray, his golf obviously got better after the the first 2 holes because wow they weren't great. Happy hour fun can do that.
