Thanks to Techgrow we had 38 in the Saturday stroke round, the 1st men's club championship qualifying, they enjoyed a course being prepped for the Spring Classic starting Friday.
The sprinkle of rain sensational for the course and it took a little sting out of the greens compared to last week.
Taking the win and clubhouse 💵 with a very well compiled 83/67 was Tracy Sandow, great golf Tracy.
🥈 with 76/70 Michael Bray, a pair of 38's in a solid round for Michael and enough to beat John 'the Great Man' Nairn into 🥉 on cb, John's 72/70 bookended with a birdie on #1 and eagle on #18.
Other notables from the day:
▪️a makeup session between GleNn Hayes and Anthony Nitschke, GleNn's low hooking hybrid from behind a tree zeroing in on Ant who was minding his business 170 meters away on a different hole. Lucky for Ant, and GleNn the power bank took the blow !
▪️17 was Jim Reid's lucky number on #13, Jim decided to take the scenic creek route enjoying 9 shots in the creek, once on the green (which took a bit of time) Jim finished off with a 3 putt.
