If you are cycling the Reisling Trail we also offer a large range of bikes, parts & a full workshop for any repairs while staying in the Valley. We’re looking for an energetic and commercially minded Retail Assistant to join our sports retail team.
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone, as no experience is required. We are seeking a retail employee who is passionate about sport, customer service, and developing in a high-performing team.
About the Role
A Sports Retail Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service while helping customers find the right sportswear, footwear and equipment. You’ll represent the brand, build product knowledge and help create a positive shopping experience.
Typical responsibilities include:
• Welcoming customers and understanding what they need.
• Recommending suitable products, sizes and brands.
• Providing friendly and personalised customer service.
• Replenishing and organising stock.
• Receiving and processing deliveries.
• Keeping the store clean, organised and visually appealing.
• Maintaining good knowledge of sports products and brands.
• Working in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and busy trading periods.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Is passionate about sport and healthy lifestyle
• Is an engaged, organised and motivated
• Team orientated who thrives in a fast-paced environment

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail employee who is passionate about sport, customer service, and developing a high-performing team.
About the Role
As Retail Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day operation and performance of the store. You’ll lead from the front, create an outstanding customer experience, and inspire your team to achieve sales and service targets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team
• Driving sales, profitability and key performance indicators
