I know Instagram is full of PTs, who review recipes from Nutrition coaches, who review recipes from Fitness bloggers ... and so on ... BUT πŸ‘‡
this recipe is actually worth keeping πŸ’‘

Empty 1 packet sugar free/low sugar jelly (any flavour) into a heat proof bowl.
Add 250 ml hot water & mix.
Add 250 g plain yoghurt & mix.
Chill in the fridge overnight.

The whole bowl 🧐 has 325 kcal even with full cream Greek yoghurt (Farmer's Union) or only 168 kcal 🀯 with Chobani or Aldi's Yoguri Greek yoghurt ... and that's 4 serves! 🀀
