I know Instagram is full of PTs, who review recipes from Nutrition coaches, who review recipes from Fitness bloggers ... and so on ... BUT π
this recipe is actually worth keeping π‘
Empty 1 packet sugar free/low sugar jelly (any flavour) into a heat proof bowl.
Add 250 ml hot water & mix.
Add 250 g plain yoghurt & mix.
Chill in the fridge overnight.
The whole bowl π§ has 325 kcal even with full cream Greek yoghurt (Farmer's Union) or only 168 kcal π€― with Chobani or Aldi's Yoguri Greek yoghurt ... and that's 4 serves! π€€
