A sturdy 400 up for .m_xx 🥳 🍾 🙌🏼
Renee has been consistent as anyone since joining and has improved steadily in every facet. Renee has an every positive presence in every class, always bringing a smile and getting the best out of herself and those she train with.
Renee trains to stay healthy, become stronger and maintain weight.
Fave class: hybrid because I like the mix of cardio and strength
Fave exercise: Decline Sit Ups
Least Fave exercise: there’s a few, but it’s gotta be the air bike
Fave thing about MC: coaches and the community
Pump up tune: anything RnB but ‘Work’ by Master at Work is a banger
