4WD Victoria is the umbrella body for all affiliated four wheel drive clubs in Victoria, and represents the interests of all recreational four wheel drivers across the state. It is presently made up of some 80+ clubs which in turn have a membership totaling six thousand subscribed members representing four wheel drive enthusiasts and their families. Each affiliated club is invited to have a say in how the Association operates through regular meetings, contact with the elected committee, or assisting on the various supporting sub committees. Operating from a staffed office in Mitcham, the Association represents almost every active 4WD Club in Victoria and the number of clubs is growing constantly. We are here to support Our Environment and Communities through responsible four wheel driving, training and community programs, and any correspondence or complaints should be directed to [email protected]

Four Wheel Drive Victoria reserves the right to remove any posts or comments which do not align with Four Wheel Drive Victoria's code of ethics as well as block any users who continue to violate these rules.

A big thank you to all our affiliated clubs, members and volunteers who have dedicated their time and effort to helping with this year's Seasonal Track Opening.

Working alongside Parks Victoria and DEECA, our clubs helped clear thousands of kilometres of seasonally closed tracks across Victoria in preparation for the reopening.

Your hard work and commitment to clearing tracks, removing obstacles and preparing tracks for reopening plays an important role in keeping Victoria's tracks accessible and safe for everyone.

Beyond the practical work, these activities also help strengthen the relationships between our affiliated clubs and the land managers responsible for Victoria's parks, forests and reserves.

We appreciate the time, effort and teamwork that goes into these activities, particularly from those who volunteer their time to lend a hand.

Thank you again to everyone involved, including our clubs, members, volunteers and land management partners, for your ongoing contribution to keeping Victoria's tracks open and accessible to all.

A special thank you to the Amarok Club of Victoria for sharing this photo and post from their track clearing efforts over the 24–25 October weekend, check it out below!

One of our affiliated clubs, Macalister 4WD Club, recently enjoyed a trip to Talbotville and the Crooked River Track.

They shared some awesome photos with us, giving a great glimpse into the adventures, exploring and fun that they and other affiliated 4WD clubs enjoy across the state.

Be sure to check out Macalister 4WD Touring and Social Club socials and website for more photos and updates from their adventures!

4WDing is always better with good company!

Heading out with mates is one of the best parts of 4WDing. Whether it's a good chat, helping with a recovery or having someone there for safety, travelling together makes a big difference, especially in the bush where phone reception can be limited.

Just a friendly reminder that it's recommended to keep convoys to no more than 10 vehicles to minimise environmental impact and ensure a smooth trip for everyone.

So grab a few mates, plan your trip and enjoy the tracks!

Thanks to Sharyn McGregor for the photo.

It’s the people who make our 4WD community…

One of the best parts of getting out and about is catching up with our affiliated clubs and their members!

A few familiar faces from the National 4x4 Outdoors Show back in August.

A big shout-out to the passionate volunteers who give their time to support our 4WD community.
