Mornings in Maroubra 🌊
The real preparation begins the night before. We program everyone individually the night before, one person wants arms only, another wants just a leg session, or someone wants full body strength. We program according to your goal. We pride ourselves in giving you personal training in a group environment at a much more affordable rate.

Then we see you in the gym!
A big point of pride is that you come into a gym that is cold, smells good and is ready for your first exercise.

You're greeted at the door with a smile, asked about how you are in your life, then off we go!

All of this not to mention the additional accountability we provide, whether it's external sessions that we write for you - checking in to make sure you're doing your walks and exercise. Or if it's providing you with food guidance and checking in to see whether you're losing fat.

We love what we do, we can't wait to get you to your goal.

Deadlifts are complicated. 🤦‍♀️
Try these two cues to get you STRONGER, SAFELY.

1. Every rep is treated individually. What does that mean? It's not 5 reps. It's 1 rep done 5 times. This is too big an exercise to touch and go and lose focus, bleed position and ultimately end up worse. Every rep. Is one rep. Assess. How did that rep feel? Repeat. Repeat.

2. Don't pick it up unless you feel your quads. This can be tricky. It's also not for everyone depending on their anatomy. But for alot of people this can help. You need to break off the floor with your quads. Before the lower back, glutes and hamstrings take over. Too many people pull too much but don't push. So quite simply. You are not to pick it up UNLESS you feel your quads. Simple!

We are so fortunate to have only 6 people per session, so everyone gets Personal Training level attention to their workouts.

The past four months watching Dean & Danielle train side by side at Geon has been so special.
