Well done to our early risers today 🌅Shortest day & a cold morning won’t stop them 💪💪We had a great turnout to start the week strong. To keep our Monday brains from exploding, we stuck to a simple strength & core workout - few exercises, plenty of time under tension 🏋️🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♂️
