What you eat after training helps support the repair process that actually builds muscle πŸ’ͺ🏼

The goal is to refuel with carbohydrates 🍞 + protein πŸ– to help replenish energy stores and support muscle recovery.

Some easy post-workout options:
πŸ₯€ Smoothie with yoghurt + fruit
🌯 Chicken wholegrain wrap
🍚 Rice + lean protein + veg
🍳 Protein shake OR high protein yoghurt pouch

Try to eat within ~1 hour after your workout to support optimal recovery

Pre-workout fuel is essential as it gives you the energy needed to get the most out of your session!

The goal before training is simple: easy-to-digest carbohydrates 🍞🍯so your body has quick energy without sitting heavy in your stomach.

Here are some great pre-workout snack ideas:
🍌 Banana (or banana + yoghurt)
🍞 White toast with honey
🌴 A few dates or dried fruit
🍚 Rice cakes with jam
🍯 Crumpet or English muffin with honey

Aim to eat at least ~30 minutes before your session, and the closer you are to training, the simpler the food should be.

Fuel it right, and you’ll feel the difference in your energy, performance, and focus
