Think you have what it takes to become the next Olympian? The RBC Training Ground is coming to Halifax on May 31 at the Canada Games Centre Field House!

Open to athletes aged 14–25, RBC Training Ground gives participants the chance to test their skills in front of Olympic sport organizations and discover where their future in sport could lead. 👀🏅

Plus, Canadian Olympian Sarah Mitton will be there to support and inspire the next generation of athletes! 💥

Sail Nova Scotia's Technical Director Sophia Josenhans and High-Performance Director Chris Watters are attending the annual Atlantic Coaches Conference this weekend hosted by the Canadian Sport Institute Atlantic . Joining them is Lisa Ross.

Consistency is key when it comes to high-performance testing. That’s why sport scientists across Canada, led by the CN-HPAAS group, have developed new standardized operating procedures — Incremental Lactate on Cycle Ergometer and Countermovement Jump on Force Plates.
