When we train, we aren’t training just for the now, but the future as well. Training isn’t for when you just want to “look good” or when the motivation is high.
Training is for longevity, health and confidence.
Not only are our ladies getting their first body weight pull ups, they’re now doing WEIGHTED pull ups 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
