Once a year, we offer something a little more intentional.
Our most popular course ✨Pilates for Weight Loss ✨is a carefully designed 6-week Reformer experience—created to help you lean out, tone strategically, and feel truly confident in your body as the season shifts.💪
This is not a regular class.
Over 6 weeks, you’ll experience:
• Reformer classes combining targeted sculpting with refined low impact cardio intervals
• A focus on more problematic areas most women want to tone
• Weekly nutrition guidance, advice & tips in our private FB group, to support your progress
• 6 recorded mat workouts to keep your momentum between classes ( can be repeated as many times as you would like)
• Built-in accountability and consistency and mostly motivation! 👌
We’ve seen 🤩 remarkable changes over the past few years of this course—not just physically, but in how our clients feel in their bodies.

Our Pilates for Teenagers 6-week Specialty course
is close to my 💗, because I deeply down know-it is the most
valuable course we offer.
We get to shape lives early and engrain long-term healthy habits when it comes to fitness and sense of well-being ✨
This is what one of the moms of participants, Vanessa, recently shared with me and I know very much, it is true:
