This week we’re celebrating Glen! 👏

If you’ve ever been in the 7:15am class, you know Glen is one of the most consistent members in the gym. Day after day, he shows up, puts in the work, and continues to build strong habits.

That consistency recently paid off with a new 2-rep Clean & Jerk PR of 145 lbs! 💪🔥

Big achievements don’t happen by accident. They’re built through the small choices we make every day, showing up, staying committed, and trusting the process.

⭐ Athlete Win Highlight ⭐

This week we’re celebrating Cathy Ward!

Five months ago, Cathy decided to prioritize her health and fitness and took a chance on trying something new. Fast forward to today, and she’s consistently attending classes 4-5 times per week, building strength, confidence, and a genuine love for training.

Not only has Cathy built an incredible routine, but she’s also seen huge gains in strength, adding an impressive 85 lbs to her sled push! 💪🔥

When reflecting on her progress, Cathy shared…

“I never imagined I’d go from being a couch potato to looking forward to working out almost every day.”

That right there is what it’s all about. Building strength, confidence, healthy habits, and discovering what you’re capable of.

The overall goal isn’t to impress anyone else or compare yourself to the person beside you. It’s about becoming a little better than you were yesterday.

One of the best things you can do for yourself is stay open to learning.
