100 classes for Lily! 💯🎉

Her consistency this year has been amazing to see, and she’s always a bundle of energy when she walks through the doors. If you’re coming into class feeling sluggish, chances are Lily won’t let you stay that way for long.

As a mom of two, we’re still wondering how she has this much energy in the evenings. Congrats Lily! 💪

Recovery is coming to Raeden. 🧘🏻

Beginning June 13th, we’ll be running a Yoga Series following our Saturday METCON classes for the next month. This program is being piloted to see the interest from both our members and community, with the goal of potentially adding it into our regular class schedule moving forward.

Whether you’re looking to improve mobility, recovery, flexibility, or simply slow things down after a hard workout, this series is for you.

More details on registration, class times, and how to sign up will be released in the coming weeks. This series will be open to the public and not limited to Raeden Fitness members only.

They’ve started the year strong and have stayed consistent ever since joining the gym. No matter how busy life gets, they continue showing up for themselves and committing to their health and fitness.

We’re proud of the work they’ve put in so far and can’t wait to keep seeing them in the gym hitting new personal bests, new goals, and even bigger milestones ahead 💪

Huge milestones already this month 👏

A massive shoutout to the awesome duo Laahary & Niru on hitting an incredible 300 classes together 💪 Only a select few members have reached this milestone and it’s a true reflection of their consistency, hard work, and always showing up for each other every step of the way.

Big congrats as well to Harriette on hitting 100 classes. 🙌🏼 A super mom who continues to make time for herself, put in the work, and inspire everyone around her with her dedication and consistency.

And finally, shoutout to Adam for reaching 50 classes in such a short amount of time 🔥 His effort, and commitment have been amazing to watch since day one.

We’re proud of all of you and can’t wait to see the future milestones you’ll continue to hit 🙌

Big shoutout to all of our Raeden Fitness members and Raeden Run Club friends who ran the Sporting Life 10K yesterday 🙌

Whether it was your first race or you were chasing a PR, it sounds like everyone walked away accomplishing their goals and having an amazing time. We couldn’t be prouder of this community and all the hard work everyone put in leading up to race day.

Already counting down to next year’s race 🏁

Dante & Zack just hit 400 classes — and did it within weeks of each other!

Easily some of the strongest in the room, but what really stands out is how they show up for everyone else. The extra push, the spot, the energy… PRs have definitely been hit just from being around them.

They’ve been with us for a long time, and 400 classes is a reflection of that consistency and commitment.

Huge milestone for both — and we already know there’s more coming 💪
