Common mistakes: rounding the back, bar drifting forward, and yanking the bar off the floor.
Fix it: build tension first, take the slack out of the bar, set your brace, then push the floor away while keeping the bar close and spine neutral.
Strong setup = strong lift.

Excited to announce that our annual holiday party will be Friday November 28th from 7-11pm at the same location as last year, the ball room at 1 Rean Dr 😍🎉
We will be providing food, but if you have a dish you’d like to bring please let us know! Drinks will be available but feel free to BYOB, DJ Ossa will bring his usual 🔥🕺💃💥
