Congratulations to Parkway junior squash member Hasti Shemirani on an outstanding performance at the 2026 Pan American Junior Championships in San Salvador, El Salvador!

Hasti brought home two silver medals, earning one in the individual competition after an impressive run to the final, including a semifinal victory over the tournament’s top seed. She also captured a second silver medal as a member of Canada’s Women’s Team, alongside Gladys Ho, Olivia Bolger, and Veera Dhaliwal. The team battled their way to the championship match before narrowly falling to the United States in a hard-fought final.

Hasti’s achievements contributed to a record-setting performance for Team Canada, which captured seven medals (one gold, three silver, and three bronze)—the highest medal total Canada has ever earned at the Pan American Junior Championships, surpassing the previous record set in 2010.

We are incredibly proud of Hasti’s dedication, hard work, and sportsmanship. Congratulations on representing both Canada and Mayfair Parkway with such distinction. We look forward to seeing all that you accomplish next!

Registration is NOW OPEN for one of the GTA’s premier pickleball tournaments!

Join players from across the GTA and beyond for four days of exciting competition at Mayfair West. Compete in Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, and Mixed Doubles.
Divisions are available across multiple age groups (30+, 40+, 50+, 60+) and skill levels (3.0–4.5), so there’s a place for everyone—from seasoned competitors to those looking for a fun challenge.

What a fantastic day at our Summer Blast Off Pickleball Tournament this past Saturday at Mayfair Lakeshore!

We hosted an exciting Mixed 3.5 division with 8 teams and 16 competitors battling it out on the courts. Between the great rallies, friendly competition, and perfect summer weather, it was an unforgettable day for everyone involved.

A huge congratulations to our champions, Adam & Sandy, on taking home the title! And a shoutout to our finalists, Nicki & Jordan, for an incredible performance throughout the tournament.

Thank you to all of our participants for bringing such great energy and sportsmanship. We can’t wait to see everyone back on the courts for our next event!
