Your mission? Swap one coffee or energy drink for a glass of water…twice this week.
Yes, twice. You can handle it.

Why does this matter?
Because running on caffeine and sugar like a raccoon digging through a gas station dumpster is not the vibe. Too many energy drinks and coffees can mess with your sleep, spike your crashes, and leave you feeling dehydrated and exhausted.

A few easy swaps to keep you from entering caffeine withdrawal drama:
• Sparkling water when you want the fizz without the junk
• Fruit-infused water to make hydration less boring
• Prep your drink ahead of time so you’re not panic-buying a triple espresso at 2 PM
