Padmāsana known as Lotus Pose is meditative posture to foster physical stability. Lotus flower growing up from the mud symbolizes reaching out to our highest potential, and it's one of most powerful symbols in the Eastern Wisdom Traditions such as Hinduism/Yoga, Buddhism and Taoism.
