A glowing moment in time, plus a member highlight (literally!) In my Step and Sculpt class on a Tuesday night, we blend cardio step aerobics with functional resistance training, all to the rhythm of some epic 80's classics. And one member in particular has the perfect outfit for the occasion! 😄 Find me at Pegasus Gym, Aylesbury. Tonight at 8pm!
