Gab one of our champion boxers and assistant coaches on his grading.
This was multiple hours into his grading not just maintaining good form with speed power and work rate, but having to answer questions whilst he is working.
Gab passed with the highest grade possible a ⭐⭐ and moves onto his junior brown belt.
Gab is a shining example of a martial artist and a lovely hardworking person, we're extremely proud of him.

Steve is one of our absolute novices, having only been with us a very short time.
Standard practice is to take the Mickey at every opportunity but every now and then we mix it up with a genuine compliment.
He's been working hard on his distance and making some real progress.
