We have taken the decision to suspend sessions until Saturday in line with FA guidance.

“Play Restrictions: Vigorous physical activity is highly discouraged or restricted when temperatures exceed 30°C unless adequate cooling and shade measures are implemented.“
In excessive heat, where red weather warnings in particular are in effect, we would strongly suggest considering cancelling sessions/games where necessary, to prevent risks completely”

Welfare and safety of all children and coaches comes first.

You’ll get “it’s summer” we get this!

However, we are a massive believer in what’s it going to achieve. We will make this back up in other ways.

Barnsley Hospice a charity which provides specialist palliative and end of life care to local people living with a life-limiting illness and those close to them. These conditions include cancer, heart and lung diseases and neurological diseases such as motor neurone disease and Parkinson’s disease.

Thank you to all those that donated at our auction recently, we are proud to provide the hospice with this sum.
