Tuesday 9-10:30pm City Friday 6-8pm Clifton Saturday 4-6pm City Nottingham Trent University's very own Karate Club.
Open to all; from beginners to national competitors. All are welcome to come train for any reason; to try something new, to grade, to compete, to get fit, to learn self-defence or to make new friends. Instructors:
