I absolutely love learning new songs ready to bring to class. I have one of my absolute favourites this week... you'll be happy to know it isn't a crazy fast one, no horse riding, b***y drops or thigh burning required...just an awesome feel good song 🤣

How cute is this?! One of the youngest members of our little Zumba Fitness family made this beautiful bracelet for me this week. I absolutely love it 🤩 I am so grateful that I get to meet such amazing people that turn into lifelong friends. I absolutely love to see mums & daughters (or grand daughters) fathers and sons in classes..it's such a great way to teach kids that fitness is so important for long term health 💪🏼🕺🏼💃🏻

What a fun idea! 🥳 I did an outdoor Zumba themed birthday party for some amazing ladies this weekend. Love that...do some Zumba with me, then eat birthday cake guilt free 😁💃🏻🎂
