Just a little update in what a few of us from did last week at the European powerlifting championships in .ie.
A great few days lifting from everyone, some tough calls amd some meh moments but all in all 9 gold medals a bucket load of records (British/European ans World Records. 4 best lifters winners. A massive achievement.
