⚡️New Kit Alert, Functional Training Rig⚡️

As our functional/Hyrox area of the gym gets closer to completion, we now have our functional training rig up and ready for you to use🏋🏽‍♀️

This rig now gives us four areas within the gym for barbell squat and press movements, as well as 4meters of monkey bars for those who like a challenge 🦾 As perfectly demonstrated by Hermione 🦾
We also have TRX set up there too🦾

⚡️New Kit Alert, Abductor/Adductor Machine⚡️

We’ve added a second abductor/adductor machine to the gym due to popularity 🍑
This one also has a heavier weight stack, seat and handle position to the other one we have.
So no need to use gym pins, and you can hit your glutes from different angles compared to the other machine🍑🦾

We also wanted to minimise wait times during peak hours for our most popular machines, so have a couple of other duplicate machines still to come 🦾
