👑 Win of the Month - May 👑
This month’s win goes to Anna, who has just smashed an incredible 5-rep max of 80kg on hip thrusts — a huge achievement and a true testament to her hard work!
Just four months ago, Anna was learning the basics with bodyweight hip thrusts, and since starting personal training in January, she’s been consistently showing up week after week and putting in the effort. The progress she’s made in that time has been nothing short of amazing. Her dedication, consistency, and willingness to push herself have really paid off, and it’s been so rewarding to watch her get stronger and more confident every session. Go Anna! 💙

Make May the Month of Movement 🌿
It’s not just about the gym — it’s about moving more in your everyday life.
Here are some simple ways to boost your movement this May:
🔹 Walk more – Morning, lunch break, or after dinner… it all adds up.
🔹 Take the stairs – Skip the lift and get those extra steps in.
🔹 Short workouts count – 20–30 minutes is more than enough to make progress.
🔹 Stay active on rest days – Stretch, walk, or keep it light instead of doing nothing.
🔹 Make plans around movement – Gym sessions, classes, or active catch-ups with friends.
🔹 Set a daily step goal – Give yourself something to aim for.
Movement doesn’t have to be all or nothing — it just has to be consistent. Start small, stay consistent, and let May set the tone.

👑 Win of the Month – April 👑
This month’s win goes to Della, who has just completed her very first 10k — an amazing milestone and only the beginning of what’s to come!
Della has been showing up consistently week after week, putting in the work and steadily improving her performance. Alongside her running, she’s been taking part in Hannah’s strength classes and doing personal training with Tilds to support her progress, building strength and resilience that’s clearly paying off.
Her commitment, positive attitude, and willingness to trust the process have been incredible to see. Watching her confidence grow as she gets stronger and faster each week has been so rewarding — and this 10k is a huge reflection of that hard work.
We’re so excited to see what’s next for you, Della — go you! 💙

😴Don’t skip Rest day 😴
Be more like Pat — coffee in hand, enjoying a well-earned chill day ☕
Rest days are essential — not just on a Sunday. Recovery does not need to be fixed to a specific day of the week. What matters is ensuring that your body and mind are given time to recover throughout your training routine.
Key benefits of rest days:
🔹Supports muscle repair and growth
🔹Reduces fatigue and risk of injury
🔹Prevents overtraining
🔹Improves performance in subsequent sessions
🔹Supports long-term consistency
Whether it is Sunday or any other day in your week, make sure recovery is part of your plan.
Train hard, but recover smarter.
Morning sessions 🌞 or evening sessions 🌙 ?
As the days become brighter, fitting your workouts into your routine becomes more accessible—whether that’s starting your day early or training in the evening.
BUT does it matter when you train? NO
It does not matter when you train.
Research suggests that while physical performance may vary slightly throughout the day, the most important factor for progress is consistency. The best time to train is simply the time you can maintain consistently. Whether you prefer early mornings or later evenings, the priority is showing up and committing to your routine

👑 Win of the Month – March 👑
This month’s win goes to Ellie, who recently completed her first triathlon in years — which is an incredible achievement in itself but she also came 5th overall at the triathlon, and first girl from Bath!
Ellie has been training consistently with Hannah, focusing on building muscle and improving her overall fitness to support her performance. Showing up week after week, putting in the effort, and trusting the process has really paid off. Ellie always brings determination and a positive attitude to her sessions, and it’s been brilliant to see her progress and confidence grow.
